Almost every time I see their kitchen cabinets and refrigerator with food who think “healthy” (or were designed by intelligent food labels wrong in believing in good health) is responsible, but are actually traps fat deposition in disguise .

It is not uncommon to see food as:

The whole wheat bread

Whole grains

Full-grain crackers

Soymilk

Tofu or “veggie burgers”

Orange juice

Apple juice

Skimmed milk

Margarine

pre-packaged “diet” dinners

Gator-ade or other sports drinks

Protein bars (aka – candy in disguise)

more elaborate meal replacements (with more spam than the healthy ingredients)

Rice cakes

Pasta

Desserts Ice cream or diet regimen

so-called “energy drinks”

low-fat

Low-carb foods

Soybean oil, corn oil, canola oil

etc., etc.

I see this pattern over and over again with almost all customers, if I had to first inspect the cabinets and the food they buy, what they thought was healthy.

What I do not know is that it is these foods sabotaging your efforts to fat loss, increased hunger, throw your hormones out of balance, and more.
